We only charge cancellation fees when bookings are cancelled within the notice period (including passenger no-shows) because it means that the vehicle has been dedicated to you and can no longer be assigned to another Agastya passenger. From months in advance to the day of your travel, we’re here to keep you moving. Booking in advance gives you more options and certainty that the car type and even driver of your choice will be available at the time you need, but we offer same-day services too.

Sure! But you cannot book online, instead you will have to contact us to make a booking. Same day booking is subject to availability and incurs a $25 surcharge.

Our sedan’s maximum luggage limitations are two (2) normal-sized suitcases (check-in size for a plane) plus two (2) pieces of hand luggage/soft luggage (carry-on for a plane) or one (1) large suitcase plus one (1) set of Golf Clubs and one (1) soft luggage.

If a customer has additional luggage than a sedan can hold, they should think about scheduling a larger vehicle, like a People Mover with a trailer. For safety reasons and transportation regulations, no suitcases will be carried within the vehicle's passenger cabin.

We advise speaking with the staff to make sure you reserve the right car for your needs if you have more luggage than what is listed above or if you are not sure if your luggage satisfies the standards.

There won't be a fee if your luggage meets the standard specifications for the type of vehicle you have reserved. For a $30 fee, you can arrange for a trailer at the time of booking if you are traveling in a people mover, minibus and have a lot of luggage.

A trailer cannot be scheduled for pick-up, so please make sure you have precisely informed us of your luggage requirements. We cannot be held responsible for any excess luggage that does not fit in the vehicle you have reserved; you may need to arrange for a cab to move the remaining luggage at your own expense.

Yes, if we are informed at the time of booking, We can offer spotless, well-maintained child seats for infants up to eight years old in SUVs and people movers. Car seats are not accessible in sedan cars due to safety and space concerns.

When making a reservation with car seats, there is a $30 cost. This cost is not per seat, but rather per booking.

Since Agastya is a pre-booked service, it is legally required that there be enough notice for a child restraint to be installed. This implies that all kids under the age of eight must ride in age-appropriate restraints.

Parents and caregivers are strongly recommended to check child restraints before the trip begins and make necessary adjustments, even though Limos will take every precaution to install them safely. Child restraint installation is a skill that Limos possess. The parent or caregiver of the child should be ensuring their child's safety, just like they would in their own automobile, as they aren't certified fitters.

We understand the uncertainties of life. that's why we offer "flexi cancellation" for only $10. with this option, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1hour before pickup, whether due to last-minute flight delays or unexpected changes. say goodbye to rigid policies and hello to hassle free adjustments. experience peace of mind knowing you have the flexibility to adapt your plans without worry.

We understand that things may not always go as planned, thus we provide above-industry standard complimentary waiting times of:

  • 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at homes, motels, or other non-airport pickup locations.
  • Domestic airport terminals offer 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
  • International airport terminals offer a complimentary 1 hour wait time.
  • There is a 45-minute complimentary waiting period at cruise ship terminals.

Following the complimentary waiting period, waiting time is charged in 5-minute increments, and you can view the rates here.

All reservations for vehicles with a pick-up time between 22:00 and 04:59 hrs. are subject to a 25% after-hours surcharge.

Please contact the Agastya Customer Service Team as soon as possible with details of your booking so we can contact the driver. Lost property may be returned to you for a fee or collected from a Customer Service Centre in the city. While every attempt is made to recover lost items, Agastya, its Operators, and Licensees will not assume liability for any lost or misplaced personal property.
